Community Service Cleaning Up After Sandy

About 70 people who were given community service recently were sentenced to serve on Coney Island to cleaning up after Super Storm Sandy.  They collected more 1,000 bags of trash in the 732 hours they served.  The good thing is there will be no shortage of people to help, there are 80,000 to100,000 cases in Manhattan alone each year that get have community service sentences.
