A brave young girl came to the rescue for her baby sister after a car wreck left their mother dead.

A 4-year-old Oregon girl pulled her 2-year-old sister from a wreck after police believe that the mom fell asleep at the wheel, swerved off the road, hit a tree and died immediately.

Mother Jessica Rath, 26, was going to pick up her husband from the airport at about 2 a.m. when the accident occurred with her two little girls. Brave little 4-year-old Arianna pulled her sister from the wreck, grabbed a blanket, and then camped under the blanket until 8 a.m. until two men rescued the girls. The two men stopped when they noticed a large fresh mark on a tree and thought there could have been an accident.

Two-year-old Lylah is severely injured with a collapsed lung and is in serious condition at the hospital. Their dad is now with the girls.
