I was so excited when I found a really great coupon for some yoga classes, since I've been wanting to re-start my practice that's taken a backseat since I moved here in November. I keep putting it off, because it doesn't expire until September. And I'm the master of procrastination and finding excuses for some things.

Enter Sy Perlis, a 91-year-old man who reminds us all it's never too late to start a fitness regimen.

Last week, he set a world record by bench pressing 187.2 pounds. The last record was set by a much YOUNGER 90-year-old, and was 52 pounds less than that.

The kicker? Sy has "only" been lifting since he was 60...and entered his first lifting competition five years ago.

Guess I'll be cashing in that yoga coupon today after all.
