Victims of 9/11 were remembered around the world on yesterday's 10th anniversary.  Even the Sunday cartoons and a few television commercials paid tribute to the memory of the sacrifices and heroism made ten years ago.

USA Today reports "Beetle Bailey", "Dick Tracey" and "Hi and Lois" were among the dozens of cartoons marking the 10th anniversary of 9-11

There were also several television commercials devoted to 9/11.  State Farm teamed up with director Spike Lee to thank the heroes of New York City.  Nearly 150 school children visited four firehouses serenading the firefighters with a rendition of "Empire State of Mind."

Verizon taped this next spot at the Statue of Liberty.

Budweiser pulled this next commercial out of its vault for the 10th anniversary after airing it only once in January of 2002, only months after 9/11.
