I came across the story, and thought it was pretty interesting...  Colorado legislators are considering a bill which would make organ donation mandatory.  Under Senate Bill 11-042, Colorado would become the first state in the U.S. to assume Coloradans want to donate their organs.  Under the bill, those not wanting to donate their organs would have to ask to opt out while getting their driver's license.  Supporters say the potential new law would help more people give back and help others.  Some critics believe it would complicate things for folks who want to opt out at the DMV.  There are currently two-thousand Coloradans waiting to get new organs.  Currently 66-percent of all Coloradans agree to become donors.

So what do you think?  I like the idea...  it would simplify the process all around and help so many people who are on waiting lists.  Feel free to comment below... I would love to know what you think!
