The New York State Senate has passed a law that will create a list for those convicted of terrorism, similar to a Sex Offender registry.

The list would include those who were convicted of a act of terrorism for both here and abroad, according to WGRZ.

Registrants would be required to provide a current photo, finger prints, and a DNA sample. This list would be made available to local, state, and federal authorities as well as open to the public.
