New BBQ Joint Opens in South Buffalo

If you find yourself driving down Abbott Road in South Buffalo and you have a hankering for barbecue, A&B BBQ is now open.

They are at 368 Abbott Road and it's run by the Szaras family who have been catering for many many years now. It’s take-out only for now; but as business grows and the weather improves, this will be the place selling awesome smoked meats and other Buffalo goodies.

The Buffalo News reported that Allan Szaras says:

“We make our own sauce, a Kansas City style, with molasses,” said Allan Szaras. “We do pulled pork, brisket and ribs. We have loaded fries for people who aren’t into barbecue, plus pulled chicken and a grilled chicken sandwich.”

“Barbecue is always something that we did on the catering side, and I wanted to expand,” Szaras said.

I cannot wait to bring the family out and by the looks of the menu, it won't break the bank.
