Age Bumps Up to 21 for Purchase of Cigarettes

As of today if you are in Cattaraugus County you must be at least 21-years-old to purchase tobacco products as well as e-cigarettes. The new law has raised the minimum age for purchase from 18-years-old to 21-years-old.

According to WGRZ the new law has been presented with hopes to lower to amount of tobacco related deaths in the county.
