Am I Glad The Weekend Is Over

Not many people are saying that.

I have reason for making such a crazy statement.  My wife went out of town this weekend to visit her sister in Virginia.  So what does that mean for me?  Kids, 24/7, by myself.

Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with them, but from the moment I came home Friday night to around dinner time last night, it was all me.  I was just looking for I little piece of quiet.  Not that I get that at work, but there is no one calling constantly, dad, dad, dad.

It will also make coming home tonight that much sweeter :)
