An Officer Involved Shooting In Buffalo [VIDEO]

Buffalo Police are investigating an officer involved shooting that started with a home invasion on California Street. 

The incident occurred just before 8:30P.M. on Tuesday night, when police responded to the call and saw the suspect taking off on foot. An officer chased the armed suspect for a short distance, followed by a struggle, and then the officer fired his gun.

The suspect was transported to ECMC with non life-threatening injuries.

The Internal Affairs Department is currently investigating the incident.
