As a father of two boys I'm on the fence as to whether or not this is good parenting or bad. This frustrated father in Indiana publicly shamed his teenage daughter, who allegedly keeps stealing, by making her wearing a sign, announcing she’s a thief; and then he posted it for all the world to see. Warning: May not be suitable for work due to language.

“My name is Abby Mills & I am a LIAR & a THEIF. I’ve stolen from my parents, brothers & sister. Aunts & uncles. I even stole my 9-yr-old cousin’s Christmas presents.”

Gary Mills went on to say:

“Indiana does not have a program that allows teens to see what’s inside of a jail cell … to keep ‘em out of trouble,” Mills said. “You can call it a little tough love or a little tough justice. This is what she’s gonna be doing today. So she can be embarrassed! So everybody knows what it’s like! She’ll understand, I hope, and stop doing the stupid s**t that she does."

Well, Gary wants everyone to share this video and so I am. What do you think? Good or bad parenting?
