Another Fight Caught On Tape At Buffalo, NY Italian Festival [VIDEO]

It's a problem that is not so uncommon at Buffalo, NY's Italian Heritage Festival. Fights happen more often during the July festival around Hertel Ave. This was an incident that happened early on in the night during this year's festival.
