You Won’t Find Another WNY Park With This Amazing of Views and This Easy of Hikes – Moms Of Buffalo

Ok, at this point your 2016 calendar should be filling up! I have another place for you to have lunch and hike with a amazing views. Luensman Overview park in Chautauqua county!

Ok, granted it's only open May 1-November 1 but put in your calendar now for like Noon-2p one day. You can bring your own lunch or grill – they have several on site – picnic tables in perfect spots with views of downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie, and even the Canadian shore!. It's perfect.

Your kids will have a blast just running up and down the hill – mine does! There are also two pretty easy 1 mile hike nature trails that go into the woods that kids from 3 to 18 can do. Maps are available. There is also a water pump that my son and his cousins love to use whenever we go up there for lunch. Maybe they are not even supposed to play with it but hey it's fun!

It's in 'Portland' NY right off the main road in Brocton, near Fredonia - so take Exit 59 off the 90 West and you are like 10 minutes away. Maybe even take a visit to Lake Erie State Park while you are there and make a day of it - we usually do! So for a great lunch on a Summer afternoon or in the fall – Luensma Overview Park is the perfect pick!
