Parenting.com has a "BMI calculator" on its website that will tell you if you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese.  All you need to do is measure your height and weight, and input the statistics into the calculator.  It works for men and women, but it's not made for children to use.  It's probably a good idea to double check the results with your doctor too!  Click here  for the calculator!
