Actually, Thanksgiving travel is expected to be down slightly this year. According to AAA, About 90 percent of Thanksgiving travelers are venturing out by car, with another 7 percent traveling by airplane and the remaining 3 percent traveling by bus, train or boat.

For some, the biggest hassle of traveling is getting ready, and all people get prepared differently.
