Perfect for a fall weekend!

My wife has been hanging home after some shoulder surgery and has a lot of time on her hands. She wanted to make pulled pork, but had never attempted it before.

We took some pieces of a few recipes and ended up like with incredible pulled pork, and it's simple.

4 pounds of pork shoulder
2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of pepper
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
2 cups of apple juice
1 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon of liquid smoke
1/2 tablespoon of garlic power

Mix the dry ingredients, and sprinkle the rub all over the pork roast. Cover with plastic wrap, and stick it in the fridge for at least two hours.

Combine the liquid ingredients, and pour over the pork in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until tender. Shred the pork with a couple forks, top with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy!
