Bear Sighting in Lewiston

Lewiston Police are alerting the public about a bear seen recently in the area.

WGRZ reports "Police say this is a mother bear who is protective of their cubs. They ask residents not to approach them and give them plenty of room."

The bear was seen earlier today near Irving Drive off of Lewiston Road, according to WGRZ.
