Perhaps you've heard what new Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan had to say on the "Mike & Mike" ESPN Radio show the other day. "This is it. This is my last stop. This is it for me," Well we hope it's a very successful last stop and it lasts for many many years.

Coach Ryan now has offensive coordinator Greg Roman from San Fransisco and defensive coordinator Dennis Thurman from The Jets on board. The fans I've talked to are now very optimistic about the 2015-2016 Bills season to come.

ESPN reports that Ryan also said:

"I'm trying to put together an all-star staff that's not about individuals but about the team,"

ESPN also reports:

When asked about the number of first-time head coaches who are being hired around the league -- including with the Jets, his former employer and current division rival -- Ryan's response was typical Rex.

"I wish them the best," he said, "except Todd Bowles with the Jets."

Nice jab coach...Let's Go Buffalo!
