New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has apologized to Mayor Byron Brown for slamming Buffalo during a housing conference with potential developers at New York University... but look at it this way, it might have been a good thing.

NY1 reports Bloomberg called New York City’s problems – "problems of success"… comparing it to Buffalo, saying “there’s an awful lot of free space up in Buffalo, New York – if you want to go there, I don’t think you do.” Brown called the comments a “cheap shot.”

Yeah... it's a lousy thing to say, but maybe we should turn this into a positive. Yes, we have lots of space, probably cheaper than New York City! We have plenty of people in need of a job! We live on an International Border! Four beautiful seasons, wintry weather rarely slows the folks down here! Just ask New Era Cap, Fisher Price, Rich Products, Geico, Google and so many others.... If you want to relocate to New York State... BUFFALO IS YOUR BEST OPTION! Take that Mayor Bloomberg (and thanks for letting them know, we have an "awful lot of free space!")
