Border Patrol Agents Grab Man from Niagara River [VIDEO]

U.S. Border Patrol agents said a man seeking asylum jumped off the International Bridge last night and attempted to swim to Canada.

He was then plucked from the water by rescue crews. At this point the man's name hasn't been released.

The man was conscious and talking to officers before being taken to ECMC.
