How do I make the "wuh, wah, wahhhhhhhhh" sound on a website?  The one that sounds like an old-timey horn from cartoons when something disappointing happened?

Well, do it in your head, while you watch Brandy fail MISERABLY at trying to impress New Yorkers with her voice.

In all honesty, she's pretty well-disguised, so maybe no one knew it was her.  But still....
