The eight-year-old girl who was severely burned in a Humber Avenue house fire has passed away.

Treasure Brighon suffered burns to 90 percent of her body when her family's home caught on fire on February 19th.

Treasure's father, 24-year-old Demetrius Johnson, also passed away when he went back into the burning house to rescue the children.

Treasure was immediately treated at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo and then transferred to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Cincinnati for treatment at their pediatric burn unit.

After two months of treatment and surgeries, Treasure's condition had stabilized. However, very sadly her fight for survival came to an end just before midnight on Sunday.
