Brett Michaels Settles His Lawsuit [VIDEO]

Brett Michaels has finally settled his lawsuit with the Tony's and CBS for an incident that caused him a broken nose, brain bleeding and last but not least a busted lip. Michaels was injured in 2009 when a set accidentally fell on his head. Michaels had just wrapped up his "Rock Of Love" show and was making his celebrity rounds.  A year later his bad luck continued with a minor stroke and a brain hemorrhage.
