Buffalo-Area Woman Found Dead in Myrtle Beach

Sad news for Western New York friends and family of a young woman.

Twenty-two-year-old Shannon Ditillio was found dead in a vacant parking lot near Myrtle Beach, SC.  Authorities say she was from Buffalo but lived in North Tonawanda.

Police say she arrived in the Myrtle Beach area from Buffalo on April 7.

The cause of death is unknown at this time, and police are investigating it as a murder, due to the nature of the crime scene.
