Buffalo Business First Middle School Rankings 2012

Buffalo Business First is once again ranking schools across Western New York. The latest list rates Buffalo area Middle Schools.  Williamsville's Transit Middle School is at the top. Where does your school fall on the list?

Business First looked at 211 public and private middle schools through the eight-county region, reviewing test scores from the State Education Department, to come up with its latest rankings.

Once again, Transit Middle School in Williamsville topped the list. This is the fourth year, Transit Middle has been at the front of the pack.

The top ten middle schools are as follows:

1. Transit MS (Williamsville)
2. City Honors School (Buffalo)
3. Casey MS (Williamsville)
4. St. Peter School (Lewiston-Porter)
5. St. Gregory the Great School (Williamsville)
6. St. Mark's School (Buffalo)
7. Heim MS (Williamsville)
8. St. Christopher's School (Sweet Home)
9. Kadimah School of Buffalo (Amherst)
10. Mill MS (Williamsville)
