I admit, I don’t really watch football, but there are people in my life, and I suspect many of my listeners, who love it, so I try to be a good ‘sport’ about it. What I do love is a comforting, fun recipe and feeding all the hungry football fans so whether their team is winning or losing, they can be happy about something in the moment. I know this next recipe for Moore’s® Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls is a surefire way score big points with your guests on game day…
Moore’s® Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball
Yield: 16 servings
1 cup chicken (cooked & shredded)
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 packet Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1 tablespoon jalapeno peppers (minced)
2 tablespoons Moore’s®Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Mix well. Form into a ball and roll in the cheddar cheese to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least one hour before serving. Serve with crackers or chips.
Note: For a little Moore flavor, marinate the chicken in Moore’s® Original Marinade and use 3 tablespoons of the wing sauce.
