Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
It doesn’t look pretty, but it TASTES amazing!
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot (more or less to taste)
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix cream cheese and Frank’s together first, until well blended. Then, add bleu cheese dressing, chicken and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Pour into 9×13 baking dish (or whatever you have that fits it all…but be careful, it could bubble over!) Bake for 30 minutes until heated through. If too much oil collects on the top, you can dab it off with a paper towel. Serve with LOTS of tortilla chips!
This can also easily be done in the crock pot. Put ingredients in, set on high, and let go for an hour or two, stirring occasionally. Drop it down to low or warm setting and keep on your snack table during the game!
