Buffalo Getting App Instead of Paying Parking Meters

In the near future, Buffalo expects to have an app that Western New Yorkers can download and pay for parking instead of using meters or pay stations.

The app time table is behind schedule and Buffalo already expected them to up and running, but they will soon be picking what company will be helping the download process.
