Man Tries to Lure Local Buffalo Boy into His Van!

Buffalo authorities are investigating and are concerned over reports of an 11-year-old boy being approached (according to Police Reports) just after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday by a black male with a scruffy beard while driving on O’Connell Street near Hamburg Street.

The van is reportedly white with ladder racks and curtains in the back, according to WIVB.
