Buffalo Sabres To Retire Dominik Hasek’s Jersey [VIDEO]

Tonight will be a very special night at the First Niagara Center for Buffalo Sabres fans.Dominik Hasek will be honored in a dignified tribute as the Sabres retire his jersey. Hasek has quite a list of career states and achievements, including 6 Vezina trophies, 2 Hart trophies, 2 Pearson awards, an Olympic gold medal and 2 Stanley Cup wins with the Detroit Red Wings.

Everyone attending tonight's game will receive a mini Hasek banner, a replica of the one that will forever hang in the rafters at the First Niagara Center. The Sabres will also be giving away an autographed Dominik Hasek jersey to someone who is their seat, so plan to arrive early tonight.
