In wake of the tragic High School shooting in Florida yesterday, the Buffalo School Board is looking into their active shooter plans.

According to our media partner WGRZ, the Buffalo school board discussed the Florida shooting and what plans the schools have in case of an active shooter.

Currently schools in New York State are required to hold four active shooter drills every school year. Dr. Evein Eperle, the chief operating officer of the Buffalo Public Shools told WGRZ, "We have to take lessons and learn from those lessons and bring that to our world and say what we can do better,"
