When all is said and done, being Caitlyn Jenner could net some pretty serious cash.

Some are predicting she could be worth up to half a BILLION dollars over the next 5-10 years, considering things like speaking engagements, book deals, and other revenue streams.  She's already starting with a net worth of $100 mill.

The new reality show, "I Am Cait", just released the first trailer.  It'll be an 8 part, one-hour each, documentary series, premiering Sunday July 26th.
