Canalside ‘Chillabration’ Highlights Winter In Buffalo!

The phrase "something for everyone" gets tossed around often.  But in this case, it really is true.  Check out some of the cool (pun intended) stuff happening at Canalside for this weekend's "Chillabration" event!

• On Friday, Our Wild West Theme Skate from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

• An attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Record for the “Longest Ice Line” on Saturday benefiting the Make – A – Wish Foundation of WNY. Sign up HERE to join the attempt.

• Also on Saturday, from 1-6 p.m. Catholic Health, will be holding a Bonspiel with 4 teams of 4 going against each other every hour with the top 2 teams every hour winning a prize. Sign up HERE to play.

• Paint The Town will be holding painting classes in our Winter Pavilion presented by Cricket Wireless on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.  Click here for tickets on Saturday andSunday.

• The Buffalo Knit-Whits will be holding beginner knitting lessons in the Winter Pavilion presented by Cricket Wireless on Monday from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. Buy tickets here.

• On Monday, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Skate Great & BlueCross BlueShield of WNY will be doing on ice kids activities from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

It all gets underway today at 10am...there's also SHOPPING with local artisans, live music, food and drinks available, and best of all, an awesome look at how we in Buffalo do winter!  See ya there!
