Canalside Ice Skating Opening On Black Friday

Ice skating at Canalside is a winter tradition in western New York, and will open the day after Thanksgiving.

WGRZ reports that the ice at Canalside will open to the public on Friday November 23, weather permitting.

If you're taking little ones, my best tip is to fill out the release forms online to speed up getting on the ice (and who wants to read and sign a form outside when it's cold enough for ice skating?).
