The same California farm linked to the recent romaine lettuce recall has now issued a recall for cauliflower, red leaf lettuce, and green leaf lettuce.

WGRZ reports, "Adam Bros. Farming in Santa Maria, Calif. recalled the vegetables harvested between Nov. 27 and Nov. 30 out of an "abundance of caution" because they maybe have been contaminated with E. coli."

So far no reports of illness have been reported.

The contamination appears to be linked to a reservoir used to irrigate the vegetables, according to WGRZ.
