Cheektowaga Police Are Investigating A Fatal Hit-And-Run Incident

A fatal hit-and-run incident in Cheektowaga is under investigation from the weekend.

An unresponsive male was found in a parking lot on French Road around 4:55A.M. on Sunday, and authorities say that he was struck by a motor vehicle.

27-year-old Adam Olewniczak was rushed to St. Joseph's Hosptial where he died from his injuries.

Cheektowaga police located the vehicle and the driver involved, but no charges have been filed at this time.
