Dr. James Corasanti was sentenced to one year in jail, a $1,000 fine, an ignition interlock device for one year and has had his driver's license revoked for six months.

Corasanti was sentenced Thursday morning for misdemeanor DWI, relating to the hit-and-run crash that killed Alix Rice.  Corasanti will serve his sentance in the Erie County Correctional Facility.
