Subway’s New Crunchy Chicken Enchilada Melt — Eat Fresh?

As a rule, Taco Bell has the monopoly on combining Mexican food with American preferences and somehow jamming Fritos in between.

Apparently Subway got tired of always eating fresh, so they've created a new product that's being tested in Seattle and central Florida. It's flatbread filled with shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, cheese and Fritos.

I'm not judging...I'd totally house this thing. It looks scrumptious, and I can't resist a sammich with chips inside! But...
