Governor Andrew Cuomo has lifted the ban on all state funded and state sponsored travel to Indiana.

The ban was originally issued in response to Indiana's controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act, but after reviewing the amendments made to the law, the Governor believes that the changes will prevent the Act from being used to discriminate against gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender citizens.
