Here we go... it's back to work and many of us are feeling like a diet is in order after the holidays!  Why not try these simply ways to cut calories and pounds... 

First of all, measure your portions.  Simply measuring out one serving can save you calories!

Move on your lunch hour!  A brisk walk will get your metabolism moving and burn calories!

Chew your food...  taste every bite!  You'll enjoy it more and realize more quickly when you are full!

Use smaller plates, you'll probably eat less!

When eating out, leave at least a quarter of the food on your plate!
