Darien Lake Flume Ride [VIDEO]

If you haven't been to Darien Lake and experience Thunder Rapids, you are missing out...also be careful where you stand!

Over the weekend, I had a chance to take my wife and son to Darien Lake. Growing up in West Seneca, we used to have season passes and would spend much of our summer there. I haven't been there in over 20 years, so I was excited to share the experience with my 13-year-old son Avry.

Avry isn't much of a rollercoaster guy, but he loves water ride so we couldn't skip the chance to ride the flume ride "Thunder Rapids".

Look for Avry in the front but also watch the guy on the bridge...someone forgot to tell him that you will get wet!
