DMX Is Out of Jail and NOT Working at a Buffalo IHOP [VIDEO + PHOTO]

AS you may or may not be aware of, DMX was serving time at the Erie County Holding Center for failure to pay child support.

He was released on Friday, and for whatever reason, made a b-line to the nearest IHOP.

We're not 100% sure what location it was, but he was spotted behind the serving window, making a chicken fajita omelet.

No, he's not working there now....he just went back to meet the cooks and help out. :)
