Which U.S. states love dogs the most? The American Kennel Club ranked the states by asking residents how regularly they engage in 'loving behavior' with their canines! Find out where New York came in.

The survey showed 82 percent of dog owners tell their furry friends "I Love You" at least once a month -- I think it's probably more like once a day for me.

The study also showed that 73 percent of owners buy their dog a gift at least once a month -- I'm pleading the fifth on that one.

And 68 percent of owners let their dogs sleep with them at least once a month -- I'm pretty sure my dog thinks it's his bed and he's just letting me sleep their out of the goodness of his heart.

But what about the rest of you New Yorkers?! Do you LOVE your dogs the Most in the country? Arizona came in at number ten with Florida ranking number five. New York state is the second state that loves dogs the most. And number one....pause for dramatic effect -- that's right it is (surpisingly) California.
