The man who painted Bill Clinton's official presidential portrait is Nelson Shanks.  It's quite an honor.

It appears Mr. Shanks wasn't a big fan of President Clinton's, as he allegedly "hid" a reference to Monica Lewinsky in the painting.

The shadow on the wall next to Clinton is in the shape of a dress.  Nelson claims when he was painting the room, he even put a blue dress like Monica's on a mannequin, and painted it's shadow.

He also claims the Clinton's KNOW about this, and have tried to have the painting removed from the National Portrait Gallery.

The museum says that's a lie......but they're not currently showing it, because there are so many other Clinton paintings....
