I guess my days of ordering a cheesburger, small fry and a diet coke are over. Come on!!! Soda drinkers just can't seem to catch a break. I don't even want to look at a can of Diet Dr. Pepper or Diet Cherry Coke. Research has shown that those who consume diet soda is better off consuming the regular soda if you choose to. Sure 100 extra calories please. New research says that the diet soda drinker is 69% more likely to suffer a stroke than those who don't drink the diet soda. I'm sure that there are other factors that need to be considered as well.
