Water - Push the water as soon as you get up, you will feel less groggy.

Coffee - Best time for coffee, breakfast, it may reduce the risk of some cancer, as well as helping your heart and metabolism.

Hot Cocoa - This is a surprising one. Hot cocoa has more anti-oxidants than green tea, coffee or red wine.

Milk - Helps your body with calcium and protein.

Green Tea - Sip it, may lower blood pressure, nay help fend off breast cancer, and gives you a kick start.

Red Wine - Don't over-do, one glass at dinner could slow fat-cell growth.
