Driver Facing Charges After Crash in Amherst [VIDEO]
A driver is facing charges following a late night crash in Amherst on Wednesday.
Authorities say that 25-year-old Nicholas Perkins was driving too fast down Tonawanda Creek Road moments before he struck a tree, a gas meter and then flipped his vehicle before hitting a house around 11 p.m.
Perkins is facing several charges including speeding and crossing a double yellow line.
