Driver May Have Been Asleep in Delaware Park Crash

According to WKBW.com, a police source says the driver that crashed into Delaware Park from the 198 resulting in the tragic death of 3-year old Maksym Sugorovskiy and critically injuring his 5-year old sister.  The driver's name was not released and has agreed to field sobriety tests and was released without charges.
