Buffalo firefighters were on the scene of a two-alarm blaze on Hazelwood Avenue early Friday morning.

The fire started on the porch of 267 Hazelwood just after 3 a.m., and quickly started spreading to two adjacent homes. The fire even start the homeowner's vehicle on fire.

The fire completely destroyed the house (where it originated) and will have to be torn down. It is unclear how much damage was done to the other homes, but at least one will need repairs.

Eight residents inside the three homes all got out safely. However, one firefighter was missing for a short time, but was found by his comrades.
