Easy Greek Chicken Bake — Delilah’s Recipe Book

Craving a Greek dish that will be sure to excite your taste buds?

Here’s an easy recipe that involves all the Greek you need!

Ingredients:

6 Chicken breasts

6 Roma tomatoes, chunks

1/2 large sweet onion

1 cup Kalamata olives, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1/3 cup feta crumbles

1 – 1 ½ fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix everything but chicken. Taste and add ingredients if needed. Bake chicken at 350 for 35 min. Drain all chicken juice. Toss mix on top of chicken and place back in oven for 35 min. Optional: Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti squash drizzled in olive oil.
